Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods (such as our Grand Opening or holidays), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Time Estimates To offer the best possible value on our medical-grade technology, we ship directly from our global fulfillment centers.

Please note: These are estimates only and are not guarantees. External factors such as customs clearance or weather may cause minor delays.
Order Tracking A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order ships.

Important: It is normal for the tracking status to remain as "Pending" or "Pre-Shipment" for 2–5 days while the package travels from our international facility to the local carrier. Please be patient; your order is on the way.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. LUMORA™ is not liable for:

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (we recommend a secure delivery location).

Delays related to customs inspections or courier operational issues.

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
However, if your package is confirmed "Lost in Transit" (stuck for 30+ days without movement), we will send a free replacement.
Customs Duties & Taxes For international orders (outside the USA), import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, a reshipping fee may apply.
