1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and verified within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during launch periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience.

2. Estimated Shipping Timelines Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • United States: 8–15 Business Days (Standard Insured Shipping)

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10–18 Business Days

  • Rest of World: 12–20 Business Days

Please Note: These are estimated transit times provided by our carriers (USPS, DHL, FedEx). While the vast majority of orders arrive within this window, LUMORA™ is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs inspections, or carrier operational issues.

3. Tracking Your Order You can track your order at any time by visiting our [Track Your Order] page. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after receiving your confirmation email.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Refused Packages It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. LUMORA™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, a restocking and reshipping fee may apply.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages LUMORA™ is not liable for packages that have been scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure.

  • In-Transit Protection: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier before delivery, we will issue a full replacement free of charge.
